BMW X3 G01 audio system upgrade

In this BMW X3 G01 we installed the dedicated Rainbow BMW/3S/100FS speaker system. The solution is designed for BMW vehicles and allows the factory speaker locations to be used while retaining the original appearance of the interior.

The aim of this type of installation is to improve the performance of the sound system without unnecessary visual modifications. After the work is completed, the cabin retains its OEM character – the upgrade should primarily be heard rather than seen.

Rainbow BMW/3S/100FS – dedicated BMW speaker upgrade

The installation used the factory speaker locations in the BMW X3 G01. A vehicle-specific solution makes it possible to preserve the original interior design while improving the acoustic potential of the system.

The work included the midrange and high-frequency sections. A successful car audio upgrade depends not only on selecting suitable speakers, but also on correct installation and preparation of the areas in which the speakers operate.

BMW X3 G01 door soundproofing

FineVu GX-1100 – front and rear dash cam

The second part of the project was the installation of a FineVu GX-1100. The BMW was equipped with both a front and rear camera, allowing the system to monitor the area in front of and behind the vehicle.

Professional dash cam installation is not just about positioning the cameras correctly. The wiring also needs to be routed discreetly and the power supply installed correctly. The cables were therefore hidden within the vehicle interior to maintain a clean OEM-style finish.

FineVu GX-1100 parking mode

The FineVu GX-1100 was also connected for parking mode operation. This means the dash cam system can provide additional vehicle protection while the BMW is parked and the driver is away from the car.
