Kompleksowe wygłuszenie Hondy Civic – drzwi oraz nadkola przednie i tylne.
Honda Civic soundproofing was carried out as a complete project covering all doors, door cards, wheel arches and liners. The aim was to reduce tyre and road noise while improving acoustic comfort and the working conditions of the factory audio system.
Why combine door and wheel-arch soundproofing?
The doors and wheel arches transmit different types of noise into the cabin. Treating both areas during one installation gives a more balanced result: less road roar, fewer panel resonances and a calmer interior at urban and motorway speeds.
Door and door-card soundproofing
After careful disassembly, the metal surfaces were cleaned and prepared. Vibration-damping mats were applied to stabilise the panels, while acoustic foams and absorbers were fitted where they could work safely without affecting mechanisms, wiring or drainage. The materials were shaped to the Honda Civic rather than applied as a universal layer.
Wheel arches and liners
The wheel-arch areas and their liners were treated as one acoustic barrier. Vibration damping limits resonance of the metal and plastic elements, while the absorbing layers reduce the transmission of tyre noise. The installation was completed with attention to mounting points, suspension clearances and moisture resistance.
Final result
The completed Honda Civic is noticeably calmer on coarse asphalt and at higher speeds. The doors feel more solid, unwanted resonances are reduced and music remains clearer at a lower volume. The whole installation remains hidden behind the original trim.
