Custom A-pillars – ESB tweeters and midrange, 3D design and 3D printing
In high-end audio systems, proper placement and orientation of tweeters and midrange drivers is crucial. For the Multivan T6.1, we completely redesigned the A-pillars to house the ESB speaker set, optimizing angles to create a stable and precise soundstage.
All mounting components were individually designed using 3D CAD software and produced with 3D printing technology. This approach ensured perfect fitment, accurate positioning, and seamless preparation for final upholstery.

The doors were treated in two stages. On the inner door skin, we applied Comfort Mat VESPA 2.5 mm , while the door panels were reinforced with Comfort Mat BRONZE. This approach improves driving comfort and creates optimal conditions for speaker performance.
