A Toyota Prius 4 arrived at our workshop for the professional installation of a front-facing 70mai M310 Plus 2K dash cam. We positioned the camera high on the windscreen, close to the rear-view mirror, to provide a clear view of the road without restricting the driver’s visibility.
The installation was completed with the power cable hidden beneath the vehicle’s interior trim. No loose wiring is visible on the windscreen or dashboard, allowing the finished installation to retain a clean, factory-style appearance.

The 70mai M310 Plus 2K is a compact front dash cam designed to record everyday situations on the road. Its small housing allows the camera to be installed discreetly near the rear-view mirror without occupying a large area of the windscreen.
In this fourth-generation Toyota Prius, we selected the mounting position carefully so that the camera lens has a wide field of view and the mirror housing does not obstruct the recorded image.
Hidden dash cam power cable installation
The power cable was routed beneath the headliner and interior trim. During the installation, we paid attention to the appearance of the finished work, the safe placement of the wiring and its correct routing near the windscreen pillar and factory vehicle equipment.
